絵とは私である

今日は何色に塗るのか？

その時の想いを色にする。

絵の具のチューブを直感的に選びパレットにひねり出す。

そして筆に付けて紙に走らせる。

どんな形だ？

心の形だ。

それは形であって形でない。

しかし形の役割をする形だ。

そうして瞬間的に出来た色と形は私そのものだ。

 

そうして出来上がった作品は、現実世界との交流の中で私そのものになるのだ。

What color will it paint today?

I will color my feelings at that time.

I intuitively choose a tube of paint and twist it out on a pallet.

Then attach it to the brush and let it run on paper.

What shape is it?

It is the shape of mind.

It is shape and not shape.

However, it is a form that plays a role.

And the color and shape that I made instantaneously is mine.

 

The work thus completed becomes my own in the interaction with the real world.
