To hone our mind

To hone our minds we have to expose our heart.

Our heart is a weak self.

It is the opposite of a self-centered attitude that pursues only his own interest and does not think about others.

It exposes your weakness to the outside naked.

It's very painful and difficult.

Both good and bad ones inside will be released toward the desert.

If you truly hone your mind,

You must be stuck to the cross, beaten and beaten and full of wounds and greet the death of the soul.

You believe in God from that, and stand up again on your own feet.

The inner surface of the self that was resurrected is more disciplined, skilled, and surely stronger.

Died yesterday and be reborn today.

To hone our mind is the repetition of such a series of actions.
