芸術家は、自分に対して真剣な気持ちを持たなくてはならない。

なんとなく生きないという事だ。

人生の色んな事に対して、嫌だからやらないとか、逃げるといった事をなるべく避けていかなくてはならない。

また、自分の主張は持っていても、何でも受け容れて、一つの考えに固執しない。

その寛容さが大事である。

作品を通して物事を探究していくには、柔軟性が必要だからである。
