組織の前進

組織が前進するには、個人が自分のレベルを上げて創造しなくてはならない。

建設的に前進することは、批判からは生まれない。

良くないところが分っているのなら、むしろ自分が積極的に批判される側で働くことをしなくてはならない。

何かを創造する当事者としての働きをしない限り、人間は前進はしないだろう。

創造することを仕事にしているものが、創造にかかわる事から離れて、組織の体制だけを批判していることは恥ずかしいことだ。

むしろ自分の創造を批判して、新たな創造をもって組織の前進に役立たせなくてはならないのではないだろうか。

Organizational progress

In order for the organization to move forward, individuals must raise their level and create.

The constructive progress does not come from criticism.

If you know the bad things, you have to work on the side that you are actively criticized.

Humans will not move forward unless they act as the creator of something.

It is embarrassing that those who make work to create, apart from being involved in creation, criticize only the organization's system.

Rather, you may have to criticize your creation and use it to help advance your organization with new creations.
