銀座の雨

今日はいつもより二時間遅い寝起きだった。

昨日の美術家連盟の仕事の緊張と疲れで、良く眠った事だったのだろう。

朝窓を開けると空はまだ雨雲に覆われていた。

曇り空の早朝に鳥たちが鳴く。

昨日降った雨が道路に染み込み、肌寒い。

 

昨日はどしゃ降りの銀座を歩いていた。

叩きつける雨の中を歩くのは久しぶりだった。

傘をさしても斜めに降る雨で身体はすっかり濡れて、靴の中は雨が染み込みビショビショだった。

 

そういう雨に濡れた自分は、私の人生の一時期のようである。

 

私に出来る事は、どんな境遇に置かれても、最善を尽くし、

生きているという実感を求めて、その日を精いっぱいいに生きる。

自分に出来るのはその事だけである。

Rain in Ginza

 

 

I got up asleep two hours later than usual today.

The tension and tiredness of yesterday's work of the Association of Artists, I would have slept well.

The sky was still covered with rain clouds when I opened the morning window.

Birds scream early in the cloudy sky.

The rain that fell yesterday got into the road and it was chilly.

 

I was walking yesterday in Ginza where it was raining.

It was not a long time walking in the smashing rain.

Even with an umbrella, it rained diagonally and the body was completely wet, and the rain was soaking in the shoes and it was a surprise.

 

I'm wet in such a rain, it seems like a period of my life.

 

Whatever I can do, I will do my best, regardless of circumstances,

In search of the feeling of being alive, I will live the day with all my energy.

That is all I can do.
