「いつも本番で生きる」

練習で伸びるのは1、本番で伸びるのは9である。

だから成長したいなら、いつも本番だと思っていれば良い。

練習を本番としてやってみる。

そうすれば能力は限りなく伸びていく。

 

このいつもの当たり前の生活も、本番だと思ってしかっりと生きる。

見逃している事や、眠っているものにきちんと気付き、自分に目覚めている事だ。

そこに充実した感動や幸せが眠っているからである。

 

そもそも人生は、どの瞬間も本番である。

一つ一つの決断が、今の幸せと明日の自分を創っていく。

 

いつも幸せでいたいなら、いつも本気で一生懸命でいる事だ。
