「今ここに生きる」

今この瞬間に生きている事。

それが全てだ。

いまここに生きていないのなら、それは全て嘘になる。

今の自分から逃げ、過去や未来に寄りすがっていてはいけない。

この自分の今に真実があるのである。

今ここに生きていれば、今を変える事が出来る。

目の前のことに集中し取り組み、今を最大限に生きる。

それはどんな人間にでも平等に与えられた才能なのである。
