生きている。
ただそれだけで素晴らしい。
心も生きている。
それが本当の生き方だ。
命を授かり仕方なく生きていても、命そのものは素晴らしいものだ。
命は、生きているだけで価値があるのである。
ただ心は自発的に生きていた方が健康だ。
従属しているようでは、いつまでたっても輝いていかない。
自ら光る。
そういう心の動きが、命にとって真実なのである。
呼吸をしている限り、命は最大限に喜ばなければならない。
生きていて、なおかつ心も生きている。
そういう命のあり方が、神様の与えたギフトであり、本当のあなたなのだ。

Life is worth living alone.
However, it is healthier to live spontaneously.
