「心が生きるから私がある」
難しいことを言うが、
デカルトが
「我思う故に我あり」
と名言を残しているが、果たしてそうだろうか？
人間は思わなくたって自分らしく生きているじゃないか。
それよりも私は、
「我生きる故に我あり」
だと思う。
生きているから、私は私なのだ。
心が生きるから私があるのである。
考えることから離れても、心が生きてイキイキとしていれば、そこに私の本当がある。
逆に、考えすぎて心が死んで、魂が自分以外に無関心なようでは、自分の本当ではない。
そう思うのである。

Even if I move away from thinking, if my heart is alive and lively, that is where my truth lies.
