「仕事は、創造しお金を稼ぐもの」
人間は働くときは、何かを創造するために働く必要がある。
だが、お金のためにも働かなくては生きていけない。
でも、意義のある仕事なら、現在が無報酬でもやりたい。
それをやる事で自分の未来が開け、周りの世界の未来も開け、お互いに向上できるような関係の仕事なら、現在が無報酬でも大歓迎だ。
そういう仕事というのは、今はお金にならなくても、必ず将来お金に変わる。
そしてお金に変わるということは、その仕事がお金以上の財産に化けているという証なのである。
だから、今すぐにお金にならないことでも、価値のあることならどんどんやっていきたいと思う。
上から、ああしろこうしろ、と言われて奴隷になって、散々にくたびれて、得るものが一切ない。
そういう使われるだけの仕事が一番やりたくない。
仕事である以上、何かを創造しなくてはいけない。
だったら現在が、何らかの社会的な理由で無報酬になってしまうシステムでも、意義ある仕事をして、将来稼げるシステムに変えていきたいものである。
特に美術・芸術の仕事はそうだ。
私は、美術公募団体というのを稼げる団体に作り変えたいと思っている。
