与えていれば人の力が借りられる

自分には自分の特性があって、自分に出来ることも性格に方向付けられている。

自分の得意な分野があるように、苦手な分野は誰にでもある。

自分に向いたものを深めていく事は自分で何なりと出来ても、自分に向かないものに踏み入っていく事は至難の技だ。

 

だからこそ、できない分野で人の助けを借りるのが大切だ。

それを躊躇しては、中々先に進めない。

自分でできない分野を自分で開拓し、深めようとする態度はもちろん大事である。

しかし仕事に取り掛かる場合はそれでは事がスムーズに進まない。

そういう時は、自分のできる事を人に与えるのである。

 

ある人の苦手分野は、違う人の得意分野かもしれない。

だから自分の得意分野を、苦手分野のある求める人に進んで与える事だ。

そうしていれば、逆にその人から自分の苦手分野をどんどん補ってもらえる。

困難はそうして人と人の与え合いで解決していくのである。

 

1人ではできないところを、お互いのできるところ与え合って一つのことを進めて行けば、できない事が解決していくだけでなく、深い友情が生まれる。

できないというマイナスの面を、自分のプラスの面を周りに進んで与えることによって補っていく。

人と人とのそうした関係によって、マイナスをプラスに変えるのである。

できる事をいつでも周りの人に与えていれば、自分のできないところへ、誰かが心のライトが灯してくれるのである。

 

与えていれば必ず返ってくるのである。

Providing what each person can do, and doing what one can do, not only solves what cannot be done but also creates deep friendship.

We will make up for the negative side that we cannot do by giving our positive side around.

The relationship between people changes people from minus to plus.

If you always give the people around you what you can do, someone will light your heart light where you can't.
