「芸術村滞在最終日」
最終日六日目。
また朝早くから電動自転車で遠いゴミステーションまでゴミ捨てに行く。
自転車の前と後ろに紐で縛って積み、三日連続朝から捨てて、合計12袋も捨てられた格好だ。
それが終わると除草剤の散布だ。
除草液を水で百倍に希釈して、10リットルの特大ジョーロに入れてビシャビシャになるまで撒く。
キャンプ場の余計な雑草の生えているところを全て撒くのに、水道と敷地を四往復して蒔いた。
だから計40リットル撒いてきた。
東屋建設の方も順調に進み、連日暑い中頑張ってくれているので、大工さんにはビールを１ダースプレゼントした。
その日、若神子の生徒さんが、ミレーの所蔵作品を常設展示する美術館「山梨県立美術館」に、帰りがてらに連れて行ってくれた。
・・・とにかくミレーは凄かった。
「落ち穂拾い」や「種蒔く人」で語られるミレーだが、実際はさまざまな絵を描いており、特に私が見た中では、羊飼い達や羊の群れ、農婦や聖母マリアを描いた作品が印象的だった。
羊の作品の表現力に関しては、落ち穂拾いを遥かに超えている。
彼は代表作のせいで鑑賞者側に偏見が生まれている作家なのかもしれないなあ、感じた。
あと、ロダンの工房で下積みした戦前のフランス彫刻作家「フランソワ・ポンポン」展というのもやっており、とても楽しめた。
印象的だったのは、モグラの彫刻と地面にペターっと伏せる鳩の彫刻であった。
こんなに可愛く形が捉えられていて、そのポーズが斬新で、技術力の高い彫刻は久しぶりに見た。
その後、中央道須玉バス停の近くのスーパー「オギノ」まで車で送ってもらった。
東京には高速バスでスムーズに帰れた。
バスはどこも渋滞もせず進んだようで、エアポッドで音楽を聴いてたら眠ってしまい、気がついた時には東京八王子にもう差し掛かっていた。
バスタ新宿には２時間ほどで着いた。
そして電車を経由し自宅に帰ったのが10時前、３時間ほどの帰宅路であった。
今回は六日間という短い滞在であったが、仕事が充実していたし、東家建設もしっかり進んだ。
また来週の土曜日からゴールデンウィークの営業をしに行く。
と、思えば明日は新構造社神奈川支部の会議と、「意識を着るTシャツ展」搬入飾り付けだ。
息つく暇もなくとにかく忙しいが、今、やりがいがあってとても楽しい。
このまま、続けて楽しみながら頑張ろうと思う。

After that, it's time to spray the herbicide.
Dilute the herbicide 100-fold with water, place in a 10 liter oversized watering can and sprinkle until moist.
I made four round trips between the water supply and the site to sow all the extra weeds in the campsite.
So I sprinkled a total of 40 liters.
The construction of Azumaya is proceeding smoothly, and he is doing his best in the hot weather every day, so I gave the carpenter a dozen beers.
On that day, Wakamiko's students took me home to the Yamanashi Prefectural Museum of Art, which permanently exhibits Millet's works.
... Anyway, Millet was amazing.
Millet is talked about in "The Gleaners" and "The Sower", but in reality he draws a variety of paintings, especially in what I see, depicting shepherds, flock of sheep, farmers and the Virgin Mary. Was impressive.
The expressive power of sheep's work goes far beyond the Gleaners.
I felt that he might be an artist whose viewers are prejudiced because of his masterpiece.
I also had an exhibition of the prewar French sculptor "François Pompon", which was piled up at Rodin's workshop, and I enjoyed it very much.
Impressive were the mole sculpture and the dove sculpture that lay down on the ground.
It's been a while since I've seen a sculpture with such a cute shape, a novel pose, and high technical skills.
After that, we had him drive to the supermarket "Ogino" near the Chuo Expressway Sutama bus stop.
I returned to Tokyo smoothly by highway bus.
The bus seemed to go on without any traffic jams, and when I listened to music on AirPods, I fell asleep, and by the time I noticed, I was already approaching Hachioji, Tokyo.
I arrived at Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal in about two hours.
And it was about 3 hours before 10 o'clock that I got home via the train.
This time it was a short stay of 6 days, but the work was fulfilling and the construction of the Toya was well advanced.
I will go to Golden Week again next Saturday.
If I think about it, tomorrow will be a meeting of the Kanagawa branch of the new structure company and a decoration for bringing in the "T-shirt exhibition to wear consciousness".
I'm busy with no time to breathe, but now it's rewarding and very fun.
I will continue to enjoy myself and do my best.
